US says violence in Sri Lanka is unfortunate, urges for a political solution
ColomboPage May 25th, 2007May 25, Washington D.C.: The United States yesterday referring to the latest round of LTTE attacks said that the ongoing violence is unfortunate and urged both the Sri Lankan government and the Liberation Tigers of Tamil Eelam (LTTE) to find a political solution to the conflict.
