U.S. envoy visits Sri Lanka’s North
ColomboPage May 9th, 2007May 09, Colombo: U.S. Deputy Assistant Secretary of State for South and Central Asian Affairs, Richard Boucher who arrived in the island yesterday on a three day official visit, flew to Jaffna today on a fact finding mission. Boucher, accompanied by the U.S. Ambassador Robert Blake landed at the Palaly military base in Jaffna peninsula this morning.
