US Ambassador Unhappy with Rights Abuses in Sri Lanka (TamilEelam News Service)
Yahoo October 12th, 2007Colombo - The US Ambassador to Sri Lanka Robert O. Blake raised concern over the dire human rights abuses in Sri Lanka when he was speaking at American Chamber of Commerce lunch this week said, Sri Lanka might have won the east from the Liberation Tigers of Tamil Eelam (LTTE) and few tankers of the rebels might have been destroyed but all these victories came with very heavy human cost.
