Threatened Sinhala families in northern Sri Lanka fear Tiger attacks

Aug 03, Colombo: Families in three threatened Sinhala villages of Vavuniya district have fled for life and arrived in the adjacent Anuradhapura district, area sources said. The villagers are in fear of attacks from the Liberation Tigers of Tamil Ealam (LTTE).
