Sept 26, Colombo: Attempts to incorporate Tamils in the democratic process in Sri Lanka have been blocked by the intolerance of LTTE Tigers, Secretary general of the Secretariat for Coordinating the Peace Process (SCOPP), Prof. Rajiva Wijesinha said.
