Sri Lanka’s Expert Panel on power devolution ceases to function
ColomboPage December 31st, 2006Dec 31, Colombo: The Expert Panel appointed to advise the All Party Representative Committee (APRC) of Sri Lanka on a framework for power devolution has sought clarification from the APRC about its role. The panel has ceased to function until it receives the APRC’s response, sources close to the Expert Panel said.
