Sri Lankan troops breach rebel defense lines, 36 killed in fighting
ColomboPage August 10th, 2008Aug 10, Colombo: Advancing Sri Lankan troops in an offensive today stormed ahead of the Tamil Tiger rebel defense lines at Kilali in Jaffna, killing 15 Tigers and injuring around 30, the military said.
