Sri Lankan Deputy Minister pleads guilty of cheque fraud
ColomboPage July 24th, 2007July 24, Colombo: Deputy Minister Mervin Silva today accepted at the Supreme Court that he is guilty of cheque fraud. He was fined Rs. 2500 as a government fine.
