Sri Lanka to remain unitary state but with more devolution (IANS via Yahoo! India News)
Yahoo January 4th, 2008New Delhi, Jan 4 (IANS) Sri Lanka will remain a unitary state according Buddhism a primary place but will go for greater devolution of powers to provinces in a bid to end the prolonged ethnic conflict, according to proposals that have been almost finalised.
