Sri Lanka to begin construction on Colombo-Katunayake expressway

May 15, Colombo: Sri Lankan Road Development Authority yesterday signed an agreement with China Metallurgical Construction Group to commence construction on the Colombo-Katunayake expressway, the government announced today.
