Sri Lanka tells rice that the government working very hard to obtain a consensus of the majority for reforms
MOD May 3rd, 2008Foreign Minister Rohitha Bogollagama told the US Secretary of State Condoleezza Rice that the Sri Lankan President Mahinda Rajapaksa was working hard to obtain a consensus of the majority of Sri Lankans living in the South to develop constitutional reforms that would address the concerns of the minorities.
