Sri Lanka Supreme Court dismisses FR case by election monitoring group
ColomboPage March 4th, 2008Feb 05, Colombo: Sri Lanka Supreme Court yesterday dismissed a fundamental rights petition by the independent election monitoring group, Peoples Action For Free and Fair Elections (PAFFREL) to disarm the armed groups in the Batticaloa district prior to the forthcoming polls.
