Sri Lanka: Rupee Tumble down to New Low (TamilEelam News Service)
Yahoo August 23rd, 2007Colombo, Sri Lanka’s rupee sank to a New Low of 112.24 per dollar on Monday but Thursday it tumbled down further to the new all times low of 112.32/112.40 per dollar, as importers bought dollars to settle trade bills, dealers said.
