Yahoo August 23rd, 2007Sri Lanka Army (SLA) in Jaffna announced a half hour cut in the curfew hours, only in the Nalloor Divisional Secretariat area, in response to requests made by Chaiva devotees to relax the SLA imposed curfew on the entire Jaffna peninsula, enabling them to attend annual Nalloor Kanthasaamy Koayil festivals.
