Sri Lanka's President Mahinda Rajapaksa never promised Chief Minister post to Pillaiyan of the TMVP after the Eastern Provincial Council elections, said M.L.A.M.Hizbullah at a press briefing held Wednesday at Sri Lanka Foundation Institute.
