Sri Lanka govt bans polythene
ColomboPage January 1st, 2007Jan 01, Colombo: The Central Environment Authority (CEA) ban on manufacturing, selling and using polythene with a thickness of less than 20 microns will take effect today. Shopping bags, grocery bags, lunch sheets and related materials fall into this category.
