Sri Lanka government considering a referendum on Ceasefire Agreement with Tamil Tigers
ColomboPage April 1st, 2007Apr 01, Colombo: Sri Lanka Presidential Secretariat sources say that the government is considering to hold a referendum to decide the future of the Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) on ceasefire signed in February 2002 by then Prime Minister Ranil Wickremasinghe and Tamil Tiger Supremo Velupillai Prabhakaran.
