Yahoo October 30th, 2007Jaffna Magistrate R. T. Vignaraja issued a directive to Sri Lanka Army (SLA) Jaffna Commander Maj. Gen. Chandrasiri to issue travel permit to a young wife, her two children, and mother who had been placed in protective custody due to death threats by SLA and SLA-backed paramilitaries, enabling her to join her husband in Ki’linochchi, sources in Jaffna said.
