PAFFREL says no need for polls monitoring in Eastern Sri Lanka if earlier polls were clean

Apr 26, Colombo: Sri Lanka's prominent election monitoring body, People’s Action for Free and Fair Elections (PAFFREL) said that there would be no need for polls monitoring if earlier polls had been free and fair in the Eastern Province.
