More civilians flee LTTE harassments - Batticaloa

Thirty-one (31) civilians belonging to fourteen (14) families including fifteen males (15), eleven females (11), three boys (03), and a girl reached the government controlled areas west of Vakarai, on Tuesday the 16th of January.
