Colombo, April 17 (IANS) Ringing alarm bells, the International Red Cross said Thursday that hospitals in Sri Lanka’s war-ravaged northern Wanni region are facing severe shortage of medical staff and medicines including normal pain killers, despite increasing war casualties.
