Staff Reporter STATE Engineering Corporation, of Sri Lanka (SECSL), will open up 1,600 jobs for Sri Lankans in Qatar with the signing of an agreement for the construction of a deluxe housing project, a Sri Lankan English newspaper reported recently quoting its Construction and Engineering Services Minister Rajitha Senaratne.
