Heavy fighting in Sri Lanka kills 21 Tiger rebels and eight soldiers
ColomboPage August 18th, 2008Aug 18, Colombo: Heavy fighting across Sri Lanka’s restive North raged as Sri Lankan troops continued advancing ahead of Kilinochchi and Mullaitivu battlefronts into the rebel dominated areas killing 21 Tamil Tiger rebels and injuring 31 yesterday (17), the military said.
