MUMBAI, India (Reuters) - West Indies captain Chris Gayle was fined 70 percent of his match fee for a code of conduct breach during the second and final test against Sri Lanka in Port-of-Spain, the International Cricket Council said on Monday. Gayle was found to have violated the code relating to unfair play as his side had bowled their overs too slowly, an ICC statement said.
