Fresh fighting in Northern Sri Lanka kills 34 Tamil Tigers and three soldiers
ColomboPage July 29th, 2008July 29, Colombo: Despite a unilateral ceasefire imposed by Tigers, fierce fighting across the embattled North continued in Sri Lanka yesterday killing 34 Tamil Tigers and three soldiers, the military said today.
