Fighting in northern Sri Lanka kills eight Tigers, government vows to kill the LTTE leader
ColomboPage November 26th, 2007Nov 27, Colombo: Sri Lanka troops prevented another attempt by the Tigers to breach the forward defense lines in the general area south of Omanthai in Vavuniya in the pre-dawn hours today killing four Tigers and destroying a LTTE bunker, the military said.
