Sept 22, Colombo: Sri Lanka Prisons’ Commissioner Major General Vajira Wijegunawardhana said to media that the Prisons Department and the Criminal Investigation Department (CID) have commenced separate investigations on the escape tunnel found from Kalutara Prison where hardcore Tamil rebel suspects were kept earlier.
