July 7, Colombo: The market opens the week on a negative note. The indices once again saw a steady downward trend while towards the end of trading managed to move onto positive territory but was short lived and closed in red. All Share Price Index (ASPI) slipped 3.37 points to end the day at 2401.17 while the Milanka Price Index (MPI) shed 1.51 points to close at 2890.01
