Donors pledge USD 4.5 bn to Sri Lanka (Outlook India)
Yahoo January 30th, 2007Sri Lanka today said it secured USD 4.5 billion in aid pledges, but international donors have warned that the cash flow will depend on the progress in the faltering peace process.
