Clashes in Sri Lanka kill 15 Tigers, government determined to continue military operations in North
ColomboPage October 23rd, 2007Oct 23, Colombo: Sporadic clashes in northern Sri Lanka continued yesterday killing at least 15 Tiger rebels including a female LTTE leader as the government vowed to continue the military operations in the North. The rebels were killed as they attempted to enter a military-controlled area in Kaduruvitankulam in Vavuniya yesterday evening.
