Ceylon Electricity Board cannot supply the increasing demand, says Minister of Power and Energy

Seneviratna said that the reason for the current electrical crisis in the country is the Ceylon Electricity Boards (CEB) inability to meet the increasing demand until the planned mega electricity generation projects are implemented.
